Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients within the Government, NGOs, International Organizations and Private Corporations, including advertising agencies, brands, and media buying companies.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and managing the entire sales cycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with product offerings.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the media industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interest in government – International Organizations- Private Corporations Engagements
- Knowledge of media advertising trends and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of any other foreign language is an added advantage.
