Key Responsibilities : Assist in ERP Project Implementation: Coordinate activities related to ERP software implementation, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task management. Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure clear communication of project goals, deliverables, and expectations. Project Documentation: Maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and other key documentation to track progress and milestones. Task Coordination: Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of project deliverables. Monitor Project Progress: Track and report on the progress of ERP software implementation projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource utilization. Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks within the project and propose solutions to mitigate them. Quality Assurance: Work with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivered ERP system meets client requirements and high-quality standards. Post-Implementation Support: Assist with post-go-live activities, including user training, issue resolution, and system enhancements. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparation of agendas and recording of meeting minutes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field. Experience: 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management in the ERP software field. ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and experience with ERP implementations is highly preferred. Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software and ERP systems. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels, both technical and non-technical. Problem-Solving Skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve project-related issues quickly. Attention to Detail: High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
