Front Office Manager (Airbnb / Property Management)

Key Requirements:

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activity and guest experience to set standard for the business i.e., oversee reservations, guest experience and coordinate housekeeping reports to Front Desk.
  • Lead and inspire the team toward delivering a consistent 5-star level of service/performance in line with the set budget.
  • Ensure collection of all booking funds ahead of guests’ stay.
  • In collaboration with the management team, develop standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies based on needs and coordinate with other departments if necessary to create an updated SOP section for the company.
  • Understanding the operating tools and keeping abreast of new features and trends i.e Airbnb, Property Management Software e.g. Kross
  • Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries and allocate rooms to all arriving guests after checking the guest preferences.
  • Ensuring check out messages and links are shared on guest platforms/groups.
  • In charge of responding to guest reviews on all reservation channels as well as reviewing guests on Airbnb upon check out.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have 7+ years of experience as front office manager ideally in an Airbnb or property management company.
  • Understanding of Airbnb management as well as operating procedures.
  • Ability to find creative solutions, offering recommendations.

Head of Sales & Marketing (FMCG)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Sales & Marketing strategy and drive commitment to meeting financial goals
  • Manage sales promotional budget for assigned business segment
  • Direct and develop the sales & marketing team with timely feedback, to modify and improve performance standards ensuring the delivery of monthly targets
  • Provide weekly reports on the status of sales volume, sales performance and various solutions to pending challenges in the market
  • Work with the regional managers in the development of new markets and continuously assess performance of current partners
  • Create KPI’s, while tracking and focusing on value drivers (distribution, displays and package development)
  • Initiate, establish and develop key retail and customer relationships to maximize growth and market share
  • Collaborate with internal Legal resources to ensure accurate and timely revisions of rolling contracts and negotiation of new contracts
  • Attend and support the planning of periodic (quarterly) sales meetings
  • Create and communicate plan goals for the upcoming year with the board
  • Prepare the national sales annual budget for management approval
  • Area penetration both local & export territories

Qualifications:

  • A minimum period of twelve (10) years relevant work experience and at least five (5) years in a management role in a relevant position
  • Master of Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized institution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or its equivalent from a recognized institution
  • Certificate in leadership course or its equivalent lasting not less than four (4) weeks
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability
  • Ability to work with different levels of management within the organization
  • Financial and analytical abilities managing sales metrics, promotional budgets
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
  • Results oriented, attention to detail with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time locally and quarterly international travel
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Experience

Digital and General Marketing Associate

Key Requirements

  • Developing targeted online and offline advertising campaigns and contributing ideas to marketing campaigns.
  • Supporting the development and execution of the company’s overall marketing strategy to drive ecommerce traffic and sales.
  • Managing social media accounts to engage with customers.
  • Optimizing website content for search engines.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on marketing campaigns and other promotional initiatives.
  • Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies.
  • Managing production and performance of multimedia content.
  • Analyzing data to track and measure the success of marketing initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and continuously look for new and innovative ways to reach and engage customers.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have 5 years of experience as a Marketing Associate or similar role.
  • Must have experience in the e-commerce and online shopping platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques.
