Finance Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the finance process within the organization, including proper accounting of expenses, accrual of non-invoiced expenses, and review of work such as recording in the accounting system, sales and bank reconciliation, and payment reports.
- Implement controls and processes to support the growth of the business, including regular supplier statement reconciliation, formal petty cash reconciliation process, and tracking and approval of non-budgeted expenses.
- Ensure that payroll is processed on time and reviewed by management after approval.
- Ensure compliance with all tax and statutory requirements.
- Ensure a clean month-end close process to allow the reporting team to prepare accurate reports on time.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making for the organization, including cost analysis, pricing strategy, and financial forecasting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting with a focus on E-commerce startups.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Experience with financial software, accounting systems, and ERP software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Digital Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Create and manage content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and report on key metrics.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
