Finance Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the finance process within the organization, including proper accounting of expenses, accrual of non-invoiced expenses, and review of work such as recording in the accounting system, sales and bank reconciliation, and payment reports.
  • Implement controls and processes to support the growth of the business, including regular supplier statement reconciliation, formal petty cash reconciliation process, and tracking and approval of non-budgeted expenses.
  • Ensure that payroll is processed on time and reviewed by management after approval.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure a clean month-end close process to allow the reporting team to prepare accurate reports on time.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making for the organization, including cost analysis, pricing strategy, and financial forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting with a focus on E-commerce startups.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
  • Experience with financial software, accounting systems, and ERP software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Digital Marketing Associate

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Create and manage content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
