Office Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Monitor the level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
  • Knowledge of computer systems
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Corporate Sales Executive

Roles

  • Research and identify sales opportunities, generate leads, target identification, and classification
  • Reach out to new customers and make presentations or pitch outlining the benefits of products/ services.
  • Understand the client requirements and then customize the product/ services as per their needs
  • Maintain relationships with all potential and existing clients
  • Ensure proper servicing and after-sales support to clients
  • Achieving the given annual targets.
  • Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Competencies and Skills Required

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or related course
  • Minimum three years experience in sales with 2 years in corporate sales
  • Experience in IT Industry will be an added advantage
  • Ability to understand and respond to client’s needs
  • Understanding of sales cycle and sales techniques
  • Passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Excellent Communication skills are the key to corporate sales.
