Office Assistant
Responsibilities
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor the level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of computer systems
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Corporate Sales Executive
Roles
- Research and identify sales opportunities, generate leads, target identification, and classification
- Reach out to new customers and make presentations or pitch outlining the benefits of products/ services.
- Understand the client requirements and then customize the product/ services as per their needs
- Maintain relationships with all potential and existing clients
- Ensure proper servicing and after-sales support to clients
- Achieving the given annual targets.
- Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Competencies and Skills Required
- Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or related course
- Minimum three years experience in sales with 2 years in corporate sales
- Experience in IT Industry will be an added advantage
- Ability to understand and respond to client’s needs
- Understanding of sales cycle and sales techniques
- Passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Excellent Communication skills are the key to corporate sales.
