Store Keeper

Responsibilities:
- Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.
- Managing and training store staff.
- Planning promotional campaigns for new products or specials.
- Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
- Mediating any confrontations between staff and clients, and de-escalating the situation.
Requirements:
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Diploma in supply chain or  equivalent.
- Prior experience in hospitality, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Driver
Academic Qualifications
- Holder of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education.
Professional Qualifications·
- Holder of a clean and valid driving license.
- Defensive driving skills will be an added advantage.
- Basic First Aid Training skills will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of mechanics will also be an added advantage.
- Indicative level of Experience
- At least 5 years of proven driving experience in a busy environment preferably
Essential Skills and Competencies
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as be able to work in a team.
- Ability to drive long distance.
- Must be culturally sensitive.
- Must have the ability to handle receipts, read maps, road signs and maintenance of duty records.

Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities
- Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily
- Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies
- Document areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front office
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping director, or other similar position
- At least 2 years’ experience in hospitality or guest services
- Extensive knowledge of environmental services, including detailed cleaning processes and a wide range of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service
