Sentinel Africa Consulting is hiring a Senior Business Development Executive to join their dynamic and high-performing sales team. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Generating leads and closing deals with potential clients across various industries.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Assisting in the development and execution of business development strategies and plans.
- Participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote company services.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress reports on sales management system.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Handling administrative tasks related to sales, such as contract management and order processing.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivation with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
