As a Tupande Gender Lead, you will:
- Review and inform the Tupande programme strategy to make sure it is gender-sensitive and inclusive
- Design and implement interventions to improve the access and benefits of young women in the Tupande programme
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and report on the gender-related outcomes of the Tupande programme
To apply for this job, you need:
- At least 5 years of experience in working on gender issues, preferably in the agricultural sector
- Strong skills in analysis and research
- Excellent skills in communication and interpersonal relations
- Fluency in English and Swahili
- Willingness to travel frequently to rural areas
