Oracle Applications Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring end users are using Oracle ERP to accomplish business objectives.
- Ensuring end users are using Window based applications to accomplish business objectives.
- Enhancing the functionality of current applications including Oracle ERP to cater to new business needs through the development and deployment of new solutions.
- Directing and managing the planning, development, installation, testing, modification, and evaluation of all databases and related client services and reporting.
- Ensuring installed applications running on the databases work as expected and database integrity is maintained.
- Directing IT services related to the operation, performance, and availability of the database and change management of IT services.
- Ensuring Compliance with Corporate IT Policy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in IT/ Computer Science or related studies
- Proficient in Data processing systems, Networking, and Systems Development.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 preferred handling Financial and Supply Chain module setups and customizations.
- SQL query writing /Report development and deployment within the Oracle EBS platform.
- Oracle EBS R12 forms development skills.
- Ability to perform Diagnosis, troubleshoot user problems on applications use, and identify solutions/workarounds.
Assistant Product Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure monthly and quarterly targets are achieved
- Listing of core and premium SKUs by category
- Develop account profile– key contacts/revenue/competitors
- Create revenue plan by account with the buyer – Forecasting 120 days out
- Deliver action plan by account to achieve target revenues
- Weekly account schedule to review inventory and ad plans

Minimum Requirements:

SOX Audit Risk & Compliance Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing risk management processes, policies, and procedures.
- Planning, developing, and coordinating the execution of all phases of the company and SOX compliance (walkthroughs).
- Coordinating updates to documentation, including process flowcharts, process narratives, risk and controls matrices, and evaluating controls as new systems are implemented and/or processes evolve.
- Maintaining and updating key applications (Oracle) a Segregation of Duties Matrix to guide access control to business users.
- Act as a gate keeper to all applications as the General Applications Approver (GAA) approving any access request or system upgrades as processes evolve.
- Work with process/control owners on the design, implementation, and maintenance of entity-level controls.
- Regularly interact and communicate with the company management to educate them on SOX compliance and to provide advice in respect of implementing and remediating relevant key controls.
- Keep abreast with the latest SEC regulations, PCAOB pronouncements, and other SOX and company-related updates.
- Maintaining and updating Local Financial Approval limits as per Policy ensuring they also reflect in the Key system/ ERP (Oracle)
- Handling the administration of the SOX and the company reporting & participate in meetings with internal Audit, E&Y, and the group.
- Evaluating procedures & controls within Finance to ensure compliance with SOX and the company and good accounting and financial practices
- Assisting Finance with non-conflicting tasks such as reviews in Cycle Financial Reporting reviews, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Payment Validation, Inventory Control, and other special projects and various administrative tasks as they may arise.
Minimum Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
- CPA K/ ACCA accredited
- Professional qualifications such as CRMA, CIA, CISA, or CFE.
- 5+ years’ experience in Financial Accounting and/or Internal/External Auditing in a multinational company
- Advanced level of knowledge of auditing principles, standards, IIA standards, PCAOB’s standards such as AS5 (ICFR), and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
- Sound knowledge of Internal Controls frameworks such as COSO, COBIT.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP or/and IFRS is highly advantageous
Country Manager (Pharmaceuticals)

Country Manager with 3+ years of marketing experience in Nutraceutical Products in Kenya from a reputed pharmaceutical company. Capable of managing a team of 5-10 representatives, having good contacts with hospital pharmacies to immediately start the business, and organizing symposiums, round table conferences and Doctor’s meets at the hospital.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing the division of territories for representatives to maximize output.
- Capable of providing on-the-job training for medical representatives during joint fieldwork.
- Having self-task for field operations and providing set examples to medical reps to motivate them.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets in terms of product units and revenue and increasing total company market share in assigned territories.
- Support in creating and implementing an annual business plan with proper market feedback.
- Maintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunities.
- Seek new customers and formulate follow-up plans for representatives.
- Develop sales strategies and execute the same within the defined territory to meet company objectives.
- Conducting meeting activities in hospitals like CME & SYMPOSIUMS.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.Pharm from a reputable university
- 7+ years’ experience in sales in the Nutraceutical/ Pharma/ Healthcare segment.
- Having good contacts with KOL and Hospital Pharmacies.
- Ready to travel in any part of Kenya or other countries as per company need.
