Our client is based in Nairobi and currently hiring for a IT solutions sales executive in the hospitality sector. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales & marketing, or hospitality management, 5 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets and IT experience is advantageous, particularly with hospitality management software.

• Achieve sales targets and exceed set quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Develop and execute a high level sales plan to target and penetrate various market segments
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting and qualifying potential leads in the hospitality industry.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities within the hospitality industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored sales strategies and promotional campaigns for specific target markets.
• Solid understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Efficiently manage and prioritize the sales pipeline, providing accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate assigned territories and increase market share.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
