Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware and software issues.
- Set up and configure IT equipment (e.g., laptops, computers).
- Support installation, configuration, and updates of software.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and assist in regular maintenance checks.
- Implement and ensure compliance with IT policies.
- Provide basic IT training and assist in IT-related documentation.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, wireless).
- Assist with ProSource Vendor Data Administration setup and troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Skills:
