Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware and software issues.
  • Set up and configure IT equipment (e.g., laptops, computers).
  • Support installation, configuration, and updates of software.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and assist in regular maintenance checks.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with IT policies.
  • Provide basic IT training and assist in IT-related documentation.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, wireless).
  • Assist with ProSource Vendor Data Administration setup and troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Currently enrolled or recent graduate (within one year) from a recognized institution in Kenya (degree, diploma, or certificate).
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, LAN/Wi-Fi support, and low-maintenance system design.
