Head of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve growth targets
  • Lead and manage the sales team to drive results and achieve revenue goals
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including partnerships with insurance companies and corporate organizations
  • Manage the sales pipeline and lead the sales team in generating new business leads
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform sales strategy and identify new opportunities
  • Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to the executive team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong background in insurance sales and experience selling to corporate organizations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve results
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform sales strategy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Hands-on, results-driven approach to sales
