Administration & Ticketing Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Organizing and managing reorder schedules for all offices consumables
  2. Logging, Assigning, and communicating log time to engineers and customers
  3. Management and coordination for all  schedules
  4. Managing tracker updating on daily basis, following up for closure & circulation of the tracker with all stakeholders.
  5. Processing organization-wide (Offices & Expatriates residencies) utilities and rent payments in consultation with the accounts department.
  6. Ensure functionality of the office by managing the cleaning service and tea ladies
  7. Liaising with user departments and staff to support ticketing
  8. Manage the office petty cash
  9. Assisting the human resource department with Manpower services
  10. Preparing and sharing all the required reports.
  11. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  12. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

 Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 4+years’ experience in Office Administration function
  • High level of integrity.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)

Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing the marketing strategy for the company, which revolves around advertising pharmaceutical products
  • Promoting new products to healthcare service providers
  • Developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand planning and strategy development
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and suggesting improvements
  • Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors, and converting the raw data into detailed reports and actionable insights
  • Evaluating and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products and developing comparative statistics and metrics
  • Be the driving force for proposals in line with company guidelines
  • Participate in the company’s improvement dynamic
  • Respect the procedures and instructions which are in effect.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing the work

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Health Sciences (MBA is a plus)
  • 4+ years of work experience, preferably with pharmaceutical products
  • Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical development process and healthcare environment, as well as a thorough understanding of marketing business processes
  • Understanding of the healthcare system, markets and stakeholders, and competitive dynamics
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in the pharmaceutical field
  • Project management and prioritization skills
