Retail Digital Transformation Manager

Job Purpose:

This role will be responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communication strategies for the company side of the business.  The position holder will oversee the development of goals and strategies, in order to execute marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer experience and business growth for retail stores

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and execute marketing and communication plans using data-driven analytics to drive volume, profit, market share, and market penetration for the company and its product.
  • Execute marketing and communication plans with excellence and evaluate their ROI.
  • A brand custodian who ensures brand maintenance and control of the company brand equity and visual identity is conformed to drive customer awareness of the company brand and its products.
  • Manage all customer touchpoints, including but not limited to customer relations and online media.
  • Co-develop and implement marketing strategies that build a strong company brand and products, accelerate customer acquisition and loyalty, market share, and brand awareness.
  • Develop strategic partnership activities, implement the execution framework, and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
  • Meet with store managers to discuss performance metrics of their assigned stores and identify problem areas as well as possible solutions.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for increasing store traffic and sales.
  • Advise the business on product innovation pipeline through industry analysis, market and competitor intelligence, and customer research, as well as support in product and packaging development.
  • Identify and manage all aspects of digital marketing, Google ads, website SEO, social media, and e-commerce for the company brands
  • Design, oversee, implement, monitor, and measure customer experience to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty, trust, and retention

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing or related discipline.
  • 4+ years of digital marketing, marketing analytics, or email marketing experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong communication skills – written and oral.
  • Ability to track, measure, and report on results of email marketing campaigns to determine ROI.
  • Sufficient experience in marketing automation and content asset management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data.

IT Superintendent

Roles & Responsibilities;

  • Managing ICT resources including Staff to ensure 24/7 availability of the computing systems for users.
  • Implementation and Monitoring of Corporate/Group ICT strategy and Policy to ensure that the company complies with the set standards.
  • Managing relationships with Software & Hardware Vendors to ensure compliance with Service Level contracts.
  • Evaluating proposed new systems and designing new ones to ensure only feasible applications are acquired and also monitoring new technical developments to make sound recommendations to Management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in report development and deployment, within ERPs such as SAP HANA or Oracle EBS R12 platform, with preferred handling of Financial and Supply Chain modules, setups, and customizations
  • Good technical knowledge in Data processing systems, Networks, and Systems Development.
  • Good technical knowledge in Infrastructure Architecture, Data centers, Servers, and Networks.
  • Adequate understanding of emerging technology, such as cloud computing, desktop virtualization, and unified communications
  • Adequate working knowledge of analytical reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI

Retail Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • In charge of all the retail store outlet daily operations
  • Champion the strategy execution, and operational excellence for the retail store outlet
  • Take ownership of P&L management, inventory management, and workforce management at the retail store outlet level.
  • Communicate strategy and ensure regular execution of the same.
  • Manage the retail store outlet to achieve high levels of sales performance.
  • Responsible for overseeing the entire procedures at the point of sale.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer experience.
  • Develop and train team members through continues coaching and mentorship programs

Minimum Qualifications:

Software Lead

Desired Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or other related disciplines
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience; leading and managing software engineers.:
    • Large-scale experience in software development, scripting, and project management
    • Extensive experience in using system monitoring tools
    • Experience with CICD pipelines with Jenkins
    • Experience with AWS/Docker/Kubernetes
    • Experience with Software Architecture and design.
  • The ideal candidate must have a sense of responsibility and ownership and must be self-driven and motivated
  • Programming languages such as Python, Golang and Java.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL Databases)
