Responsibilities
• Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and following recipes and portioning guidelines.
• Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly demeanor, take orders accurately, and provide information about menu items.
• Table Service: Serve food and beverages to customers’ tables in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Order Management: Process customer orders through the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change.
• Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, dining areas, and workstations, including dishwashing and sanitizing duties.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and restock food and beverage supplies as needed, keeping track of inventory levels.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
• Adherence to Regulations: Follow all local health department regulations and safety standards to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
• Flexibility: Be available to work during peak hours, weekends, holidays, and special events as required.
• Other Duties: Assist with event setup, buffet service, and any other tasks as directed by management.
