Primary Duties / Responsibilities

• Maintain regular, consistent, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance, as required to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction
• Actively and positively participate in problem resolution, demonstrating constructive communication, timely response and effective resolution skills. Work effectively within team environments both within the department and across the organization
• Cooperate and comply fully with all EAS policies and procedures. Actively support and follow the EAS Safety Policies
• Participate in company/department meetings, training activities, continuing education programs and other associated activities
• Consistently promote and communicate EAS core values through work performance and excellent customer service
• Observes operation and notifies equipment operator/supervisor of malfunctions
• Places or positions equipment or partially assembled product for further processing, manually, or using hoist
• Removes product, machine attachments, and waste material from machine
• Reads gauges and charts and records data
• Perform routine work such as cleaning, cutting, boxing stock and loading/unloading of capsules.
• Assist regular operators when workload requires it, under the direction of either a supervisor or an operator to whom he/she is assigned
• Cleans and lubricates equipment
• Keep records of good and defective units or final products
• Meet hourly and daily production targets
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements and Skills

• Over one year and above of experience as a Machine Attendant in a manufacturing company.
• Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of machine operation.
• Conscientious with great attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand technical documents.
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
• A technical diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Participates and assists in maintaining kitchen operations to the highest standard and quality.
• Communicates with the management team on a regular basis regarding kitchen operations, and reports problems in a timely manner
• Plans and orders food ingredients to ensure sufficient stock, and ensures the right quality and quantity
• Make sure that all food leaving the kitchen is checked for quality, quantity, temperature, and presentation
• Maintains established standards of sanitation, safety, and food preparation and storage as set by the local and state health departments; maintains an orderly, sanitary, and safe kitchen.
• Report safety violations, hazards, accidents, and pest infestation problems immediately.
• Maintain a current certificate of medical examination.
• Guarantees that all ingredients are stored and labeled according to SOPs
• Cook food in a timely manner
• Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
• Performs other duties, as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Food Safety Knowledge.
• Diploma or certificate in Food and Beverage Management.
• Prior Kitchen working experience in a factory.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
