Digital Campaign Manager
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display, email, and influencer advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital campaigns.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Generate campaign reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven digital advertising campaign management experience in a digital marketing agency or relevant organization.
- Certifications on digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Proven working experience in digital advertising services for media planning, buying, optimization and reporting.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate, and convert.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, etc)
- Working knowledge of digital advertising campaign management tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong creativity, analytical skills, and data-driven thinking.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Maintain current client relationships and identifying areas for potential clients.
- Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them.
- Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods.
- Research the latest in the digital marketing industry and creating new opportunities to expand sales.
- Collaborate with our various team members to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
- Strong understanding of Dotsavvy products or services as well as business position and competition to keep our business competitive in the marketplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar area.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in business or a related area.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to express technical and non-technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements for digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
- Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments.
Digital Account Manager
- Responsibilities
We are looking for the following qualities in a candidate:
- Manage, coordinate, and lead Dotsavvy’s resources and team in order to meet clients’ needs.
- Supervise and lead the digital production and design teams on client tasks that are typically communicated on a day to day basis.
- Serve as the liaison between Dotsavvy and the client to ensure client goals, budgets, and target audiences are reached.
- Manage accounts including financial responsibilities (budget, expense reporting, and profits and losses).
- Assist in the development of strategies and implementation of Dotsavvy’s digital marketing services for our clients.
- Attend and participate in all status meetings, client meetings, pitches and client calls.
- Participate in digital marketing planning and execution of tactical aspects of Dotsavvy services.
- Oversee client projects and activities, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
- Execute billing practices, including detailed record-keeping and follow-up.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- University Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business or equivalent (Preferred)
- Digital/Ad Agency or Technology Consulting Services experience (Preferred)
- Great presentation (pitching) and proposal writing skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms, and social media (including marketing opportunities available on Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube) as well as other digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Experience writing creative briefs, PowerPoint presentations, digital media plans, etc
- An awesome attitude to work and clients!
