Qualifications

Must have a Degree in Business Field or social sciences.

At least 5 years of work experience in business development/sales and marketing.

Excellent relationship management skills.

Proven track record of executing new product sales.

Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills.

Candidates within the age of 28 – 35years are encouraged to apply.

 

Responsibilities

Develop personal sales & marketing strategies and implementation plan for company products to ensure achievement of new business and retention targets.

Prepare weekly sales targets per target prospective clients for monitoring and review with the line manager.

To continuously source for opportunities for all company products

To maintain daily activity, plan and with clear objectives and progress reports.

To facilitate onboarding of new clients and provide continuous supports throughout the process in order to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

To continuously source for market intelligence and document for use in the department.

Monitor and prepare periodic reports on closed new business and retention status.

Build up detailed knowledge about the company’s products and keep abreast of market conditions and developments.
