Remuneration: KES 25,000 Retainer Plus Commissions and Bonuses on Sales Target,

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, with a strong background in the media industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of our media and brand corporation’s products and services

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Identify and target potential clients within the Government, NGOs, International Organizations and Private Corporations, including advertising agencies, brands, and media buying companies.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored solutions.

Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and managing the entire sales cycle.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with product offerings.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the media industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Strong interest in government – International Organizations- Private Corporations Engagements

Knowledge of media advertising trends and platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Knowledge of any other foreign language is an added advantage.
